Shipping

Each artwork is made especially for you when you place an order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production plus shipping time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your piece is on its way.

International orders may incur customs fees or duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Each piece is created uniquely for you, and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Copyright & Reproduction

The Artist retains all rights to the artwork, including reproduction rights.

No work may be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any way without the Artist’s prior written consent.

By purchasing, you’re acquiring the physical artwork only, not the rights to reproduce or license it.

Commissions & Special Orders

Custom commissions are non-refundable and require a signed agreement on timelines and pricing.
